SMS排错工具------MSSRPT-SMS

在SMS部署或者是运行维护的过成中免不了出现各种各样的问题，那么我们按照常规的方法排错还不能解决问题怎么办？对了，你说多了我们需要去分析LOG。
有人说：但是日志那么多我怎么去收集呢？
不用怕那么这次Prain给大家介绍一个微软提供的日志收集工具Microsoft Product Support Services Reporting Tool，这款工具是一款不错的日志收集工具，在早期版本中他将Server和Client端的Log收集工具分开了，最新版本又合并到一起。

注意：微软网站没有提供For SMS的工具，如果有需要可以联系Prain或者去技术中国下载。


整个工具可以运行在WINDOWS2000以后的版本上，
在启动工具之后会提示你，是否需要收集包括MSINFO32的所有日志信息，如果是选择YES如果NO则不收集。
整个收集过程序要5-20分钟，（根据你的计算机的速度和日志文件决定）

在执行过程中会在系统盘中创建

当整个收集完成以后将会形成一个计算机名+MPSRPT_SMS.CAB 的文件，此文件可以用WINRAR解压缩开

LOG文件可以使用SMSTOOLKIT文件打开，TXT文件可以直接使用记事本打开。
