我在vmware中的solaris8上安装ids7.3
./installserver

输入serial number 和number key后
出现以下情况

IDS出了For Solaris X86的版本了吗？好像没有听说啊。

那肯定你是IDS的问题，你看看etc/brand的语法是不是有误！

file $INFORMIXDIR/etc/brand，看看是不是可执行的文件（不是权限），或者不是这个平台的产品。
