我配的NTP服务怎么没有起来啊？

各位老大，我的网络环境是这样的，一台内网Sun Solaris8 和外部网络上的NTP Server做时间同步，内网还有三台HP L2000需要和Sun Solaris8做时间同步，但是我配了HP作为NTP Client之后，Xntpd进程倒是起来了，但却不能够和远端同步呢。
我的配置如下：
Solaris:
/etc/ined/ntp.conf
server  202.110.145.231 prefer minpoll 4 maxpoll 9

HP-UX:
/etc/ntp.conf
server \'ip_of_Sun\' minpoll 4  maxpoll 9        prefer

在Sun上面运行ntpq -p输出为：
#ntpq -p
     remote           refid      st t when poll reach   delay   offset    disp
==============================================================================
202.110.145.231 .1PPS.    1 -  42h   16    0    15.87   0.113 16000.0

在HP上运行ntpq -p输出为：
# ntpq -p
     remote           refid      st t when poll reach   delay   offset    disp
==============================================================================
10.0.0.186      0.0.0.0     16 u   13   16    0     0.00    0.000 16000.0
它应该输出下面这个样子啊！
# ntpq -p
     remote           refid      st t when poll reach   delay   offset    disp
==============================================================================
10.0.0.186  202.110.145.231 16 u 10  16   0  0.47  -11.268 16000.0
