.ICEauthority问题

今天用正常用户登录CDE,报错如下：
A session cannot be started because of the following error:
the authentication file ~/.ICEauthority and ~/.ICEauthority-l exit,if the file~/.ICEauthority-c exist , they must be removed before your session can be started.
CDE Advanced Users and System\'s Administration Guide

发现除root用户可以正常登录，其它用户都不行。在root下切换到其它用户，输入id，发现id=(),gid=(202),id括号为空。

我在一个用户下删除.ICEauthority文件，再以此身份登录，提示
the desktop messaging system could not be started..
to correct the problem
1、choose [ok]to  return to the login screen
2、select Failsafe Session from the login screen\'s option menu and log in
.....

我不知道是否和信任模式有关，按照论坛里贴子做，提示不是信任模式。
请问如何解决！谢谢！
