HP小型机备份时出错，什么原因！！

我在备份小型机系统时：
make_recovery -A -C -v
NOTE:    make_recovery(103): The make_recovery command will be replaced by
         make_tape_recovery.  Both commands are supported in this
         release (Ignite-UX Revision 3.2).  Please read the man page
         make_tape_recovery(1M) for usage of the new command.  In a
         future release, make_recovery will be replaced by a script
         that calls make_tape_recovery.
      Option -A specified. Entire Core Volume Group/disk will be backed up.
ERROR:   Duplicate definition for the product \"SW-DIST\", beginning at
         line 55588.  This product defines the same values for the same
         version attributes as another product or bundle contained in
         the root (installation).  Those attributes are
         
                SW-DIST,l=/,r=B.11.11.0303,a=HP-UX_B.11.11_32/64,v=HP
         
         The duplicate product has been marked as corrupt, and its tag
         attribute changed to \"_product_55588\".

换盒磁带,用make_recovery -Av或make_tape_recovery -Av试一下吧

看看ignite版本,可能是ignite版本问题,如果是C7.3.144的版本,这个版本的ignite是有问题的

我重启机器就可以了！
不知道什么原因。
我怀疑系统里进程有问题，现象有以下异常：
1、我ll命令常常死，什么反应也没有^+C也没反应
2、查看进程有ll进程，但是用KILL －9 命令也杀不掉
3、有ftpd僵死进程，可以杀掉
4、我安装补丁包，也报错
请高手们指导查找原因！
