问个exchange server初级问题？

exchange server的用户邮箱文件是存在硬盘的什么位置，它们是一个用户一个文件还是一个用户一个文件夹，是以用户的名字命名的吗？可以在server上看到用户信的内容吗？

那个DB文件的名字是什么?那样的话怎么做备份，要恢复就有把所有人的邮箱都恢复，能只恢复指定的邮箱吗？

priv.edb和pub.edb
备份的话，建议你用veritas之类的来进行备份。一般有专门模块的，可以做到一封一封邮件恢复的。

arc server当然也支持的。
好像2000自带的备份也支持的。但必须实在exchange服务器机器上来做备份的。
