关于Exchange2000 Backup and Restore

根据版主的指导(http://www.itpub.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=151224)我完成了Exchang2000的Offline的Backup。
但是现在我又有新的问题。我要使用Online Backup恢复Database。

我的Backup方法如下：
1.使用“ntbackup”备份System States。
2.使用“ntbackup”备份Microsoft Information Store。

然后我进行重装系统。
在重装完系统后安装Exchange2000（设置与原来保持一致）
之后进行Restore：
1.在目录恢复方式下用“ntbackup”恢复System States。
2.重启后，用“ntbackup”恢复Microsoft Information Store。

现在我进入Exchange System Manager，Mount数据库，结果显示出错。提示“发生内部错误，要求重启 Exchange System Manager和Microsoft Exchange Information Store service”
但是重启Exchange System Manager和Microsoft Exchange Information Store service后还是没有用。

请教各位我到底出了什么错？

还有究竟怎么样利用System和Online Backup来恢复操作系统和Exchange2000？

Maybe you can use professional Backup software,such as BrightStor ARCserver ,There is special component to backup exchange data on online.

能否不利用其它Backup工具来实现Online Backup？

今天又试了一下，还是不行，出错后进入EventLog中看到错误信息如下：

This article was previously published under Q241629
SYMPTOMS
Using Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server, you may receive an Event ID 9518 in the Event Viewer application log for any of the following reasons:
If there is a failure starting an Exchange 2000 Storage Group.
If all databases in a Storage Group are offline.
If there is an ESE error starting a database within a Storage Group.
CAUSE
The description string that should identify the Storage Group contains malformed-characters.

For example:
Error 0x8004010f starting Storage Group **$%%##@__!(( on the Microsoft Exchange Information Store

WORKAROUND
To identify which Storage Group had the error, use Exchange System Manager, and check the status of the Storage Groups and databases.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
