释放tar文件时避免覆盖原来文件的一个处理方法

如果我们在tar文件时采用绝对路径，解包恢复时将会覆盖原来的文件，例如环境如下：

# df -k
    /lotus/notes
    /backup

在 /backup 目录中建立文件

cd /backup
tar -cvf lotus.tar      /lotus/notes

解压时：
tar -xvf lotus.tar
将会覆盖原来的文件。

2个方法避免：

1.建立tar时采用相对路径
  cd /lotus
   tar -cvf /backup/lotus.tar  notes
   解开时就好办了，可不覆盖。

2.采用chroot命令解压

The Magic Chroot Command
The chroot command exists to trick the tar command to write into relative locations:


chroot /tmp tar xvf tarfile.tar /space/mglass/proj1
This will extact the directory tree /space/mglass/proj1 and place it relative to /tmp, producing /tmp/space/mglass/proj1.

You must be logged in as root to run chroot.
