修改/etc/inet/inetd.conf的参数，如何能使修改立即生效？

修改完/etc/inet/inetd.conf文件的属性，如何不用reboot，就能使修改的属性生效？\r\n应该是重新启动inetd的服务吧？如何通过远程telnet或ssh来重新启动inetd的服务？

怎么还是不可以了,必须reboot才能生效吧,你试试

不行你自己试试,必须重启,要不通过远程telnet或ssh来重新启动inetd的服务也不会生效.

buddy , i \'ve been using that method years . reason why behind is that all my Sun Servers are harden, means other than port 22 for SSH , all lines are comment out with \"#\" in inetd.conf , i use that method ( by removing # from line ftp and Kill -HUP inetd_process_id ) to open ftp for file transfer sometimes , but straight away turn it off upon ftp completion .
