LZ的机器是装完系统出现这个问题的么？

楼主没说清楚在什么情况下出现的该问题，如果在obp下做了很多操作，然后执行probe-scsi-all这类操作有可能出现该现象，reset-all即可。

I came across this issue once before, but that is due to the wrong configuration on /etc/name_to_sysnum. \r\n\r\nThe eTrust Access Control put 256 into that file, whereas the maximum available number is 255, hence caused the problem.\r\n\r\nOnce I removed 256 from /etc/name_to_sysnum, all went well.

是早晨开机的时候出现的，过了一会再reboot就没有问题了，机器比较老，不知道是不是某些部件老化了，要预热后就正常了。个人觉得四楼，五楼说得比较有道理，还是不太清楚具体的原因。\r\n谢谢大家的帮助！
