NBU6.0备份出错，大家进来讨论

1.发起一个常规的任务，结果报错\r\n2009-4-3 11:41:10 - started process bpbrm (4292)\r\n2009-4-3 11:41:10 - connecting\r\n2009-4-3 11:41:10 - connected; connect time: 00:00:00\r\n2009-4-3 11:41:13 - mounting ST0401\r\n2009-4-3 11:41:28 - Error bptm(pid=1740) ioctl (MTBSF) failed on media id ST0401, drive index 0, No more data is on the tape. (1104) (bptm.c.19995)\r\n2009-4-3 11:41:28 - mounted; mount time: 00:00:15\r\n2009-4-3 11:41:28 - positioning SL0401 to file 2\r\n2009-4-3 11:41:35 - end writing\r\nmedia position error(86)\r\n2.查看报错信息，报错代码86\r\nThe system\'s device driver returned an I/O error while NetBackup was positioning media (tape or optical disk).\r\n3.按照提示做了 tpclean command for cleaning操作\r\nC:\\Program Files\\VERITAS\\Volmgr\\bin>tpclean.exe\r\nDrv    Type      Mount Time  Frequency   Last Cleaned         Comment\r\n***    ****      **********  *********   ****************     *******\r\n  0    hcart*    0.1         0                N/A\r\n查看磁带的状态，没有冻结的现象。\r\n查看系统日志，提示一个应用错误，nbconsole.exe,faulting mode unknown.\r\n4.以上操作用的驱动器的驱动为系统自带的，安装NBU的驱动后提示不能用，要求重启系统，重启后驱动又变成系统自带的驱动。\r\n\r\n另外在设置server的timeout时，默认的都是300，我应该设置成多少效果最好呢？\r\n\r\n哪位大虾给个解答，谢谢！\n\n[ 本帖最后由 peace1999 于 2009-4-3 11:50 编辑 ]

定位错误一般和驱动有关系。你可以用NBU自带的驱动程序重新安装一下，安装的时候选择将其它的驱动删除。\r\n\r\n另外要把removable storage service停掉。
