数据链路层起来，网络层起不来，为什么？

先让对方环路一下看看能不能PING通自己！

我的点对多点的连接的，对端环不环路我的地址还是应该通的啊

好象是帧中继的网由于是非广播网，因此本端是PING不通远端广域口地址，但可以PING通对端E0的地址。
