There are diffenent ways to implement CoS management, including Classifcation & Marking, Congestion avoidance, etc. \r\n\r\nDSCP ( Differentiated Services Code Point) is an efficient way to implement CoS. Firstly, you classify traffic (based on such as Ip, etc) using class-map command, then defind policy-map with that, finally,  apply policy-map just defined to router interfaces.
