华为路由器的问题。

没接触过，从字面上，个人认为：\r\n\r\nSerial0 is down, line protocol is down\r\n\r\n“s0口没起来，连接协议没起来”\r\n\r\n不知对不对。

Serial0 is down,表示物理线路有问题。\r\n line protocol is down 表示配置方面的问题\r\n就你的配置来看，好像没有地址配置啊！！
