aix安装openssh,部分机器无法使用新建的用户

现有机器,IBM P520(7)和P52A(2台)\r\n\r\n安装openssh后,新建用户,比如:test\r\n\r\n在原先的telnet下用test用户登陆,提示更改密码\r\n\r\n但是通过ssh登陆,却无发登陆\r\n\r\n错误信息如下\r\n\r\n[files]: 3004-610 You are required to change your password.\r\n        Please choose a new one.\r\nLast login: Thu Sep 11 08:34:46 BEIST 2008 on /dev/pts/0 from 169.169.15.216\r\n*******************************************************************************\r\n*                                                                             *\r\n*                                                                             *\r\n*  Welcome to AIX Version 5.3!                                                *\r\n*                                                                             *\r\n*                                                                             *\r\n*  Please see the README file in /usr/lpp/bos for information pertinent to    *\r\n*  this release of the AIX Operating System.                                  *\r\n*                                                                             *\r\n*                                                                             *\r\n*******************************************************************************\r\ngetuserattr failed\r\n\r\n\r\n其中有3台520都是这样的错误,但是有4台是好的,52A的也都是好的\r\n\r\n请教如何解决呢
