3590磁带机报错FID1 C0 强制出带 则报告FF

这里有一台老机器 3590磁带机 E11型号\r\n\r\n目前出现卡带，机器重新加电 停在FID1 C0  \r\n\r\n前面板 force error dump 出带，则报告错误 FID1 FF\r\n\r\n大家参谋一下，帮忙看如何处理啊\r\n\r\n手头没有他的硬件手册 谁有给来一份

FID2 03\r\nFID (Field Replaceable Unit Identifiers)\r\n2 is the level of severity (Drive is in a degraded state)\r\n03 is the FRU (Invalid setup detected)\r\nLooks like some config / install options are not set correctly\r\nYou need a copy of the IBM 3590 Maintenance Information manual\r\nPublication number SA37-0301-06\r\n\r\n谁有这个SA37-0301-06啊 ？？

FID FF Displayed on Drive Panel\r\n\r\nFID FF is displayed on drive panel (it also went to host).\r\n\r\nFID FF is automatically displayed when the operator selects Force Error Dump from the operator\r\nServices menu. This causes a FID1 FF with expert systems data of E009 XXXX XXXX.\r\n\r\nAction: Remove the dump icon and the FID message by pressing the Reset push button or by\r\npowering the drive OFF, and then ON.\r\n\r\nThe FID message can be removed without removing the dump icon by selecting Reset Drive on the\r\noperator Services menu
