紧急求助！CISCO E1端口配置！

中国军刀

兄弟现在用的是CISCO的3745，配有两块2CE1U，每一块接一路联通E1，E1由联通提供的光端机引出，用同轴电缆直接联至2CE1U。

现在2CE1U上端口的本地告警灯（Local alarm 橘红色）长亮，载波检测灯（carrier detect  绿色）也是长亮。端口状态为"reset"，线协议状态为"down"，我问过联通，他们察看数据配置后也说没有什么问题。
请教配过的兄弟究竟这是什么原因引起的，小弟在此先谢过大家了。
