[zt]I am stuck with a problem client who does not have a business strategy and therefore no IS strategy. It is large family business that has been running well and making money, so they do not see the \"need\" to have a business strategy and moreover an IS Strategy. Telling the owners about best practices, would hardly work, can anyone tell me how to go about it and explain to them the implications of not having these documents.
