GTS is just the MIS and support department in PWC. \r\n\r\nOSRM (Operation and Systems Risk Management) is the service group that provides IT Audit and Security consulting services in PWC.  Just my 2 cents.

looks like another insider here.  What you said only apply in China, not in HongKong.  Basically PWC IT Audit was a void in China before the M&A.  \r\n\r\nBut I do agree with you on the \"total chaos\" part of it.
