for cissp, you need 4 yrs full time working experience on one or more CBK domains ( 3 yrs if you have a degree). but, (isc)2 also promotes an associate program. it means, you can still sit for cissp  test, but you will never get this designation until you obtain this minimum requirement.  for details, you may need go to isc2 website. \r\n\r\ngd luck.
