C#/.Net Developer


工作地点：北京

RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES
o        Designing software solutions
o        Backlog grooming and sizing
o        Building software using TDD methodology
o        Help transition the team and existing products to use TDD methods
o        Testing software
o        Providing feedback on Development to team members
o        Coaching team members
o        Help the team continually adapt and improve

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential
o        Experience with: ADO.NET, ASP.NET, JQuery, AJAX, MVC, WPF and/or WCF
o        Very strong Unit Testing, TDD (Test-Driven Development), BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development)
o        Experienced working in an Agile/Scrum environment
o        Thorough understanding of contemporary patterns and practices
o        Enterprise web application development
o        Familiar with a continuous integration environment

Desirable
o        Familiar with Team Foundation Server (Full ALM adoption)
o        Familiar with CodedUI Tests
o        Understanding of IT Service Management

Key Working Relationships:
o        The role works as part of a single cross-functional Scrum team, but needs to collaborate with other developers across other Scrum teams and geos (US/China).

o        Good communicator

Preferred Qualifications:
o        Science/computing related degree
