- Conduct new requirement review and design test strategy/test case and execute accurately.
- Perform test automation script development to benefit the case execution.
- Follow the formal defects process to file defects and work closely with developer to h reproduce and troubleshooting effectively.
- Works on test script automation procedures using a variety of software programming languages including Perl, C++, Java, SQL and Visual Basic as the specific job requires
- Analysis test result and generate test reports.
- Escalate any risks to team leader as early as possible.
- Develop new thoughts on improving test strategy and test efficiency.
| Qualifications |
- 5+ years experience of software testing on enterprise products
- MS/BS in Computer Science or related field.
- Have performance test experience is preferred.
- Have good understanding of Windows based operating system fundamentals.
- Have good understanding of Network, TCP/IP and Routing/Switching protocols.
- Have basic knowledge on Java/C++, Powershell, C#, etc.
- Have good knowledge of SQL server administration and SQL server script.
- Have good knowledge of operating system principles (scheduling, memory management, queuing theory, etc)
- Good troubleshooting skills in testing complex environment with combination of multiple test tools and complex test topology.
- Strong aspiration to investigate new tools and methods for performance testing and performance analysis is highly appreciated.
- Easy to communicate, Self-motivated, can-do attitude, good team player, fast learner.
- Have good reading/writing capability in English, oral is a plus.
