虚拟机安转wm提示libpanelapplet-2.0 was not found

linux 下用vmware-player安装freebsd9.1,安装了xorg后继续安装gnome提示：
Package libpanelapplet-2.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libpanelapplet-2.0.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'libpanelapplet-2.0' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables APPLET_CFLAGS
and APPLET_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.

可是没有找到libpanelapplet这个包呀！
安装wm：openbox xfce也是如此,如何破呀？刚接触，谢谢！！

最终解决的方案是不用管他，可以启动桌面= =，这貌似是很古老的bug呀
