Responsibilities:
- You will be working in a team to develop and maintain a suite of world-class messaging system. The software you will be working on includes email servers, email security, directory server and other products.

- Develop features and fix defects.

- Assuming ownership over certain components and continuously working to improve them

- Being proactive and constantly paying attention to the scalability, performance and availability of our systems

- Develop in-depth business knowledge of the application.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Extensive C/C++ development experience on Linux/Unix
- Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux system is a must.

- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms

- Previous experience in the messaging (email server, email security) a strong plus
- Additional experience with IMAP, SMTP, and LDAP is highly desired.

- Must be a critical thinker with good verbal and written English skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and should work both independently and as part of a team and thrive on technical challenges.
- Good knowledge of databases (SQL, LDAP).
- Ability to work in a dynamic, project milestone driven, and team collaborated development and QA environment

- Experienced in working with Foreign own company is a plus.
