centos +mysql+heartbeat 双机互备。出现VIP访问3306时一次可以，下一次就会超时

centos +mysql+heartbeat 双机互备。出现VIP访问3306时一次可以，下一次就会超时。但是通过VIP访问22端口，却不会出现这种情况。日志出没出现什么报错提示。防火墙是关的。我的配置文件是以下：
