看一下。怎么网卡自协商的速率不一样是不是连到了不同的switch的不同port,或者说是switch做什么操作了?

两个网卡连接的都是普通的傻瓜交换机,当然是不同的交换机,因为两块网卡处于不同的网段

是否需要重启,重启后网络是断的,然后ethtool,在转换运行等级后,网络通了,继续ethtool,您说的是这个意思吗?

init 3和init 5 切换的话,网络不断.只是增加一个GUI的东西.不要重起,因为你的问题是init3 和init 5的区别.
