岗位职责：
在架构师的指导下，完成项目的架构设计编写，负责项目的详细设计;
带领程序员完成代码的编写和单元测试，并负责相关的系统集成;
为项目评估和规划提供支持;
有需要时替补其他团队成员的工作;
Writing the system architecture design under the guidance of enterprise architect, complete the system detail design document
Lead the developers to finish the coding and unit test, and responsible for the related system integration
Support project estimation and planning
Backup team members’ activities when needed

任职资格的具体描述：
5年以上大型软件系统项目开发, 并有3年以上IVR应用开发,涉及XML, DLL等。至少2年Avaya VP 或Genesys VP 或 Edify项目实施经验
有CTI&PBX系统开发与集成经验
熟悉J2EE,Oracle
具有CRM、电信帐务、移动通信、呼叫中心应用开发与集成经验
精通语音应用开发，例如VXML, TTS, VR
优秀的问题分析与解决能力
良好团队合作能力
出色的管理能力
流利的中、英文听说读写能力

优先考虑:
具有使用瀑布式、进化式以及螺旋式软件开发模型交付软件的能力
具有车载信息系统开发与集成的经验
具有CMMI 3级以上认证的组织中从事软件开发的经验

Minimum 5 years experience in complex software development project,with minimum of 3 years experience in IVR Application using XML, DLL  etc.  At least 2 years project experience in Avaya VP or Genesys VP or Edify.
Familiar with J2EE, Oracle
Familiar with voice application development, such VXML, TTS, VR
Experience in CRM, Telecommunication Billing, Telecommunication Wireless Network, or Call Center application development & integration
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
A strong team player
Demonstrated strong leadership skill.

PREFERRESD:
Proven ability to deliver software using waterfall, evolutionary, and spiral software development lifecycles
Experience in telematics application development & integration
Experience delivering projects in the organization with minimum of CMMI level 3 certification.
