linux下安装DBD-Oracle-1.66失败

我在redhat和suse下都尝试过（未安装oracle，用的instantclient；；；原来在oracle环境下安装过DBD-oracle，可以正常安装），make时总是报错：

是不是格式不兼容?客户端是64位么?
file /home/smp/instantclient_12_1/libclntsh.so 看一下?
