select into 错误

环境：sybase11.9 2000server
在执行select * into #tt from tt 时，报错：
Server Message:  Number  268, Severity  16
Line 1:
You can't run SELECT INTO in this database. Please check with the Database Owner.

我执行 sp_helpdb TEST 时也出现同上面一样的错误
而且数据库的status的值是4，
请各位高手赐教，很急

另外use tempdb
create tabel 试试，

select into 需要你的database的options有select into /bulk copy
可以使用sp_configure确认设置了没有,如果没有， 设上即可

Procedure 'sp_help', Line 285:

(return status = -6)
但是create table 可以，什么原因？
