Required Skills
    Bachelor's degree or above, major in CS or EE related.
    Fluent in English: reading, writing and oral.
    More than 3 years of programming experience.
    Proficient in programming language: Shell/Perl/TCL/Python.
    Knowledge in test design, test execution process, test automation experiences.
    Good Unix/Linux skills
    Excellent analytical skill and problem solving skill   
    Good team spirit and sense of responsibility
    Good communication skill

Preferred
    Experience in Storage Systems (NAS/SAN/FC/iSCSI) is a plus.
