Responsibilities  
o             This employee will be working in SFNAS team and developing GUI/CLISH for Symantec NAS products
o             This employee will cooperate with local/global internal team members, global product teams, Quality Assurance teams, and product managers to involve into requirement analysis, feature design and implementation, product maintenance and the final delivery of commitments on schedule.
o             The employee also needs to join in the lifecycle of software process to do design, design review, coding, code review, and also be responsible for fixing defects that reported by QA team.
  
  
Qualifications  
o             Bachelor or higher degree, major in computer science or related subjects  
o             Should have basic knowledge about data structure and algorithm
o             Four or five years Web development experience.
o             Strong programing skill on web development including PHP/JSP/JavaScript/JSON
o             Strong programing skill on C/Java/Perl
o             Experienced with database such as MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle
o             Experience in development under Linux/UNIX platforms is a must requirement
o             Experience with architectural design of high performance system is a big plus
  
o             Should be a good team player to co-work with globally deployed sites. Must be cooperative in resolving conflicting issues.
o             Must be action oriented, should have the capability to take challenging tasks with innovative solutions.
o             Should have the capability to take actions under high pressure and deliver the commitments on time with high enthusiasm.
o             Have quick learning skill and be able to adapt to new domains smoothly; could switch over between different tasks and be able to take multi tasks at the same time. Be capable of achieving results with little supervision.
o             Have skilled communication on oral/hearing/handwriting in English/Chinese.
