Time Series is a large enterprise-level system capable of storing all types of market data using a common platform. It is capable of accepting data at real time global market rates and recording that data into different types of distributed databases while also serving that data to consuming applications upon demand. The time series engineering team is managing the scalability and performance of the time series systems and as well as the variable data feeds development and integrations.

Roles Summary:

- Technical Team Lead
- Develop utilities for monitoring the system performance and data content and detecting the data quality issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and operational problems on installed system and products.
- Perform capacity planning activities within the time series infrastructure by identifying key resources usage and limitations.
- Develop utilities processes for large global system deployment.
- Manage and participate in the implementation and rollout of new services and releases.
- Provide level 3 support.
- Responsible for answering the user queries relating to the data access and content.



Qualifications
Skills Required:

- Technical Leadership.
- Bachelor in computer engineering/science.
- 8+ years experience in IT systems (Infrastructure, Engineering, Support).
- Proficient in UNIX/Linux Shell/Perl scripting language.
- Working Knowledge of Linux/Unix Operating systems and be able to conduct performance monitoring and tuning.
- Strong understanding of relational database architecture and concept.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong relationships with a diverse group of peers and users across technical groups and business units.
- Good communication skills and good team player.
- Proactive and lateral thinking, good problem solving skills.
- Financial Market data knowledge
