* Experiences in C++ programming  
* Experiences in Windows software development  
* Experiences in Windows kernel driver development are high preferred.  
* Experiences in serial driver and parallel driver development is a plus  
* Experiences with SSL programming is a plus  
* Excellent written communication skills in English, verbal is plus;  
* Quick learning, creative thinking and strong analytical skills;  
* Passion for work, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;  
* BSCS, MSCS or equivalent Pluses;
