Senior SW Developer--C/C++
Required Qualifications
o    MS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and a minimum of 3+ years SW development experience
o    3+ years C/C++ experience
o    Java experience is a plus
o    Strong background in building, testing, and debugging software.
o    Linux/HP-UX OS experience desirable
o    Telecom domain and protocols expertise required (SS7, GPRS, UMTS)
o    Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
o    Ability to work with cross-functional global teams
o    Results-oriented and track record of success in delivering to critical project deadlines
o    Strong sense of initiative and ability to work autonomously

Web UI developer
Duties & Responsibilities
1.    Work with UI development lead to determine detailed designs and development estimates based on the functional specifications and high level designs.
2.    Implement and test web-based user interfaces for carrier-class network service assurance applications, based on functional specifications and designs.
3.    Develop production quality software, on schedule
  
  
Required Qualifications:
Skills & Experience:
1.    BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent Engineering field with a concentration in software development
2.    Minimum of 3 years work experience developing web-based user interfaces, covering :  
o    Server-side web frameworks such as JSF/RichFaces
o    HTML/CSS, Javascript, XML, Ajax, and similar web technologies
o    Java application programming in a J2EE/JEE environment, including EJBs and Java servlets
3.    Experience with developing applications that are deployed in a UNIX (Solaris or Linux) server environment
4.    Excellent understanding of software development processes and tools best practices, including agile development concepts and version control.  
5.    Excellent problem solving, issue identification, analytical and technical documentation skills.
6.    Ability to produce high quality work deliverables with high attention to detail
7.    Fast learner, hardworking, and team player.  
8.    Goodread/written English communication skills.
9.    Experience with application development using SQL, JDBC, and Hibernate is a plus
10.    Experience with developing applications using the Oracle relational database is a plus
11.    Experience in an Agile software development environment is a plus
