freebsd做NAT的一个问题

原先一直通过freebsd+ipf做网关上网，最近硬盘坏了，重新装了freebsd10.0，结果发现上网会莫名其妙的断流，在内网ping外网，有时候会收到网关直接回复的目标地址不可达的消息。用systat -ip查看，确实有unreachable dests的包：

        0 - redirects generated            1 - no socket for dest port
        0 option errors                 1976 - no socket for broadcast
        0 unwanted multicasts              0 - socket buffer full
     3568 delivered to upper layer      1328 total output packets
问题是我已经配了默认路由的情况下为什么会存在目标不可达的情况呢
