在jbuilder中用weblogic作服务执行servlet或jsp出错

朋友们帮我一下：
我在jbuilder9或jbuilderX中写了jsp或servlet程序，
不要说写，就按着向导建立的,
我设置的工程的服务为weblogic,是weblogic8.1的版本，
当然，weblogic和jbuilder配置好了，
可是当我每次执行的时候就会出现以下的错:

大家帮我看一下，为何会出现这样的错误？
好象在找"轻量级目录服务"LDAP之类的，
这个和ldap有什么关系呀？
当时我还以为是我机子的缘故，
我把单位里的机子重新安了一遍还是出同样的错,
后然回到自己家的机子上试了一下，也是一样的错.
但是用tomcat就可以呀，就不会出现这样的事情呀？
weblogic，jbuilder我都重新安一下，都会出现同样的错，
而且在用weblogic之前我的weblogic服务我是启动了的

一开始我是在xp上用的，后然出现了这样的问题后，
我用了2003可是还是一个样，
不是一台机子是这样的，而是两台机子都是出了同样的错，
我什么都重安过了，可是出现的错误还是同样的，
我两台机子都从安了系统了，我当时还以为是系统的缘故呢？
可是重安了只后还是和原来的一个样，两台机子都是同样一个错
