Maybe the USB cable is bad

我现在出现这样的问题，板子开机的时候miniUSB口通otg线连接电脑，鼠标接到标准USB2.0接口开机的话，鼠标没法使用，log如下：

但是假如板子开机的时候的miniUSB口没有通过otg线连接电脑的话，鼠标是可以正常使用的，log如下：

我查到出现Maybe the USB cable is bad 这条错误信息是在 driver\usb\core\hub.c 中

求大神指点，有什么办法解决这个问题
