招一个 senior MAC support工程师，负责公司内部全球MAC用户的支持，需要良好的中英文听说写
公司为纳斯达克上市的美国软件公司，职位为正式员工，提供有竞争力的待遇。
Apple Desktop Architect

Primary Duties:

Develop and manage images of Apple Mac systems.
Software package creation, testing and deployment through tools like Altiris & SCCM.
Manage and secure Apple Mac systems using management tools like Casper suits.
Creating and modifying existing group policies to automate desktop functions and implement security policies.
Provide L3 level support and escalations.
Develop and institutionalize standard scripting/packaging procedures and maintain a strong documentation library.
Collaborate with vendors, Local IT staff and service desk staff to troubleshoot issues. Ensure all regions receive required support and services to provide end users with a stable, consistent platform.



Required Skills:

Proficient with Apple hardware equipment, operating system, and software.
Familiarity with Apple imaging, packaging and patching processes.
Advanced Scripting and packaging Languages and Tools for the Mac environment (Apple script, Shell/BASH Scripting).
Operating Systems(Windows and Mac OSX but with focus on Mac)—Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, 10.8 Mountain Lion and 10.9 Mavericks.
Experience with encryption, specifically File Vault 2.
Knowledge/experience with desktop management systems such as JAMF JSS Caster Suite /  SCCM, including proven experience in image development and maintenance.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications for Apple (office & Lync).

Education & Experience:

Engineering degree
5 to 10 years of relevant experience

Mac毕竟还是高端货，一台10k+，国内公司用的不多，都是windows比较多。此外Mac下盗版软件难找，你懂的。当然有点就是比较稳定，无须杀毒软件，也很少crash。除了少许外资公司的研发中心用之外，很难找到在国内公司大面积普及的哦。
