职位介绍：1、监测和研究市场动态，制定针对性的策略和活动方案、媒体推广方案、广告投放方案等，并负责方案执行到位；
2、在公司经营战略指导下，根据公司业务发展目标，制定短期和中长期运营策略；
3、监测营销推广的效果，分析数据，优化提升。
4、开发维护各类媒体、市场合作资源；
5、制定市场推广费用预算及市场部全年整体财务预算制定、控制以及完善激励考核制度；
6、建立完善本部门的工作流程、制度规范，配合人力资源部对市场人员的培训、考核、调配。
7、指导、检查、控制本部门各项工作的实施。
8、协调部门内部与其他部门之间的合作关系。
