职位介绍：Overview:
–EMC\'s Advanced Software Division is seeking talented engineers with world-class programming, communication and organizational skills. We are looking for Principal/Senior Software Engineer to work in Shanghai COE. To build cutting edge cloud production that will change people’s daily life.

Responsibilities:
–As a member of ASD engineer team, these individuals are expected to be responsible for design, development, and maintenance of high quality code.
–Additional responsibilities include participation in and contribution to software functional/design reviews, writing functional/design specifications, and to initialize and develop test plans.
–The ideal candidate will have rich experiences in Linux system programming and be familiar with distributed/cloud storage system. The candidate must demonstrate flexibility, strong self -motivation, and a proven record of meeting aggressive deadlines as well as the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team spanning multiple geographical locations.

Desired qualification and skill sets
Must have:
–6+/3+ years of professional system level software development experience
–Good JAVA/C++ programming skills
–Good Linux System Level programming skills, solid understanding and usage of Linux operating system
–Good Software Design Skills
–Strong communication and presentation skills, both in Chinese and in English
Nice to have:
–Good coordination & technical leadership capabilities are highly desirable
–Experience working on file system, storage system, distributed system is a plus
–Experience working on python is a plus
