u-boot-nand.bin;uImage;roottf.yaffs2烧写到nand中，启动Failed to execute /linuxrc

我使用u-boot-2013.04-rc1,linux3.8.3,busybox1.20.2制作yaffs2文件系统，arm-linux-4.4.1.tar.gz交叉编译器，板子为tiny6410 256M SDRAM NAND为K9GAG08U0D,linux内核的MTD分区为0-1M(Bootloader),1M-6M(Kernel),6M-206M(File System),206M--(user),我先以nfs的形式挂载yaffs2文件系统，当linux内核启动的时候，文件系统成功的挂载了，控制台出现了，但是我将u-boot-nand.bin、uImage和rootfs.yaffs2烧写到对应的分区后，出现下面的错误：
