职位介绍：Job Responsibilities：         
Successful candidate will report to China FAE Director and will be located in Shenzhen.
Responsibilities include:
1.Lead Shenzhen FAE team to support all Southern China customers, and co-work with Shanghai and Beijing FAE teams and other engineering teams to support other customers in China.  
2.Collaborate with local Sales team to set up customer design win strategy and win customer projects through promotion, solution design, performance tuning and issue fixing.
3.Interact with the engineering leaders of customers.
4.Provide regular technical training to VARs and support them to get design wins.  
5.Manage Shenzhen FAE team. Work with China FAE director to set direction and expectation for team members. Provide performance feedback to subordinates as directed, and communicate with team members on their growth plans.
               
Required Qualifications
1.Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
2.At least 3 years of managing a team of 5 or more people.
3.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
4.Strong analog and digital system knowledge in portable systems.
5.Strong knowledge of capacitive touch and LCD driver.
6.Understand PCB/FPCB layout, fabrication and assembly process.
7.Experience in supporting customers in consumer electronics industry. Typically 4-6 years of customer facing management experience.
8.Experience in working with cross functional team to implement system design.
9.Willing to travel locally and internationally.
               
Desired Qualifications
1.Experienced in mechanical design review and layout design review.
2.Familiar with local Senor, PCB, FPC and LCM suppliers.
3.Understanding of firmware and embedded systems.
4.Knowledge of driver structure in smart phone and PC systems.
5.Strong knowledge of display driver structure.
6.Strong knowledge of materials such as glass, PET and other materials available for development of touch and human interface devices.
