Full time
Responsible for: China, Korea (MF entities initially)
Be responsible for overall accounting issues for MF Rep office in Beijing and Shanghai as well as MF Korea
• AP/AR/FA/GL daily processing and month end closing
• Issue system invoice and follow up with AR issue
• Credit control
• Liaise with payroll outsourcing company and follow up related issue, payroll booking
• Liaise with tax outsourcing company and assist in tax filling/return
Ad Hoc
• Liaise with UK on implementation and running of Share Save Scheme
• Coordinate and assist assignment on legal/facility issue if any, such as business license renewal, office registration, office renovation
• Review and assist preparation of potential appointment of intermediary/distributor/re-seller
• Filing & archiving of customer and supplier invoices
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Education and Training:
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
- Good General computer literacy, ideally with experience of Microsoft Office and SAP/Oracle/Sun.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on similar position in foreign companies
- Solid knowledge of local tax regulations and regulatory reporting requirements

Skills and Knowledge:
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese, oral and written
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.

- Well organised, strong planning skills, good time management
