netbackup vmware backup failed.

最近备份VMWare的virtual machine，总是报错如下粗体这样的错误。有人遇到过么？

netbackup vcente plugin 安装好了之后，对一些小的服务器，比如30-50G大小的虚拟机备份一直都是正常的，但是备份一些大硬盘空间的虚拟机（500G以上），就总是报如下的错误。
