We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead product development for a thriving international fast growing company. You’ll be taking the success of the world’s #1 app store analytics product suite and utilizing that know-how to build new lines of products to serve the international app publisher ecosystem. You will work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Product and Marketing) to define and implement core platform components, services and APIs related to the App Annie web application and used by the different families of product.

Responsibilities

Leading a team through the design, development and launch using agile methodologies

Ensuring project commitments and schedules are met

Interfacing with international internal teams (Product, Marketing, Business Intelligence)

Developing detailed technical specification in relation with product and other technical members

Pushing best practice inside the team to improve the quality and efficiency

Take part of the coding activities

You

You should be an experienced technical manager who has international experience and a strong technical background:

10 years plus working experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role

Practical experience using Agile methodology

Strong skills in requirements gathering and formulating development plans

Excellent leadership skill, has the ability to train and coach teams to move to the next level

Open and collaborative. Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged.

Strong technical background in Web development (Django is a big plus)

Strong knowledge in managing SaaS platform, large traffic web site

Good understanding web performance (monitoring, improvement)

Experience working with CMS is a plus

Experience in managing Analytics third party integration is a plus

Experienced in Linux and open source environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Fluent in English is a must

Proven record of leading 5+ team member
