【职位描述】
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Support customer business by figuring out solutions proactively and complete all undertakings with high quality and on schedule
? Be responsible for development/maintenance/support of applications, related systems and tools, including analysis, design and implementation, unit testing and documentation
? Interact successfully with business owners, project managers and other technical teams
? Be responsible for identifying technical risks and look for mitigation plan
? Follow the company development process(CMM: Pearl)
? Solve technical issues

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Competencies: Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
Functional Competencies:
? Expertise in OO design and programming with C#
? Experience in XML, SOAP, Web service, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, WinForm and Console application
? Experience in DevExpress, Tibico and Google protocol buffer is a plus
? Knowledge of .NET Framework 2.0+ and OO Methodology
? Familiarity with multiple threads
? Familiarity with SQL Server, Sybase and SQL script
? Experience in at least one source control system; experience with SVN is preferred
? Experience in Unix/Linux or equivalent
? Experience in SSIS or DTS
? Good oral and written English
? Great learning capability
? Basic financial knowledge is a plus
? Problem solving capability is a must

? Interact well with technical teams, business owners and project managers
? Ability to work under a fast paced delivery oriented environment
? Work to project schedules and estimate/manage own time accurately and effectively

2) Experience:
? At least 5 years of experience in Software development including analysis, design, implementation and support
? At least 4 years’ experience in .Net
? Experience in financial project is a plus

3) Minimum educational level:
? MS/BS in Computer Science, Math, Finance or equivalent
