vsftpd3.0.3安装编译出错

编译安装vsftpd3.0.3，需要先升级这3个组件：
Linux-PAM-1.2.1.tar.bz2
libcap-2.24.tar.xz
openssl-1.0.2d.tar.gz

在编译
Linux-PAM-1.2.1.tar.bz2的时候报错，请问怎么解决？
这个3.0.3比3.0.2安装差异很大呀，3.0.2都不用升级这么多东西，系统自带的包就够编译了。

操作系统是RHEL6.2   64位
