关于xfs文件系统以外宕机问题

centos6.7 64bit   33T的lvm已经用了21T，都是小文件 ，文件系统xfs  ，系统以外宕机，xfs_repair  lvm的时候报错

lvm挂载的目录下已经有  lost+found ，难点是因为小文件太多，导致修复的时候把lost+found占满，从而不能修复吗?有什么办法能够修复好xfs文件系统

xfs文件系统也会意外宕机，感觉太不稳定了

写入的小文件太多，所有的文件系统都会出现这样的问题吧。rsync的时候导致同步的进程都变成D进程了，杀不掉进程，最后负载飙升然后导致宕机，宕机之后repair非常困难，貌似只能dump出来才能修复数据了，使用原来的设备修复起来太困难了
