职位介绍：Responsibilities
•        Install, configure, patch, and upgrade database software (Cassandra, Couchbase, and MySQL NDB).
•        Manage the operations for both development and production databases globally.
•        Create and configure monitors to establish the health of servers and the different databases.
•        Diagnose, trouble-shoot performance issues, and tune the database optimization.
•        Submit service requests to software vendors and drive resolution through to completion.
•        Work with internal teams to plan and schedule application upgrades.
•        Manage day-to-day replication processes.
•        Ability to perform after-hours, and / or weekend support for key deployments.
•        Work with customers to help determine and deploy the best datastore technology and data model strategy for their needs.

Requirements
•        Experience implementing, or contributing towards the development, of open source software projects – particularly those involving databases and/or data access layers
•        Strong understanding of non-relational databases and database fundamentals, including data storage, data modeling, and data access patterns
•        Experience working in highly transactional enterprise level data environments
•        Excellent communications skills and work attitude (both with technical and non-technical people in English)
•        Experience working in a team environment on multiple simultaneous projects
•        Excellent problem solving and the ability to meet deadlines
•        Basic user-level knowledge of Linux operating systems
•        A minimum of 2 years’ of production experience as a NoSQL DBA with at least 6 years’ of experience in a technical background
•        Hands-on experience with MySQL NDB, Couchbase and Cassandra
•        Good understanding of SQL querying languages

Pluses
•        Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT field, or equivalent work experience
•        Familiar with Open Source and Git
•        Basic knowledge of other database technologies (Oracle and Redis)
•        Passion for games, and / or game industry experience
