Ubuntu16.04 DHCP失败后eth0的IP地址为什么为空？

按照RFC的要求，dhcp失败后，应该是获取一个link-local的169.254.*.*的地址吧，windows上面是这样的。
我在ubuntu上面，得到的结果是空IP;　调查了avahi-autoipd，依然没得到想要的结果，哪位大神碰到过这样的问题吗？

就是这样的，169.254是windows自己给自己定义的分配ip地址，不属于协议中要求，自然linux是不会有的
